All payments are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

However, customers may request to switch or exchange their set within 5 days of receiving the order, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.

Exchange requests after 5 days will not be accepted.

Shipping or delivery fees related to the exchange may apply.
